Order processing
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Made-to-order and customized pieces require additional crafting time, which will be noted on the product page or confirmed by email.

Shipping within India
We offer complimentary, fully insured shipping on all orders across India. Orders are sent via a tracked, signature-on-delivery courier. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

International shipping
Where available, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included at checkout. Delivery timelines vary by destination.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
