How long does shipping take?

What is your returns policy?
Enjoy easy 14-day returns for a full refund on unworn pieces in their original packaging. Engraved and made-to-order items are final sale.
Do you offer ring resizing?
Yes — the first resize within 60 days of purchase is complimentary. Contact us with your order number and desired size to arrange it.
Are your pieces hallmarked?
All solid-gold pieces are stamped with their metal purity and inspected before dispatch. A certificate of authenticity is included where applicable.
What does the lifetime warranty cover?
We cover manufacturing defects for the life of the piece, including stone tightening and clasp repair. Everyday wear and loss are not covered.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order arrives in our signature box with a pouch and care card at no extra cost. Add a personalised note at checkout.
